Bulk Compress Images — 100% in Your Browser

Drop a folder of images, compress them all locally in one batch, and download the results. No upload, no 20-file caps, no account.

One image is easy; a folder of forty is where most tools fall apart — they cap you at 20 files, force a queue, or silently upload everything. zipo.pics compresses a whole batch locally, in one pass, with no artificial ceiling.

Compress a folder at once

Drop in as many images as your browser can hold. zipo.pics processes them in a local queue with per-image progress, so you always know what is done and what is left. There is no 20-file cap and no "upgrade to pro" wall mid-batch.

Private and unlimited

Every file in the batch is compressed on your device, never uploaded. Download results individually or as a ZIP and reorganize them into your own folder structure. Free, unlimited, and accountable to no one but you.

FAQ

How many images can I compress at once?

As many as your browser can hold — zipo.pics processes them in a local batch queue with per-image progress. No artificial 20-file limit.

Can I keep my folder structure?

zipo.pics compresses locally and lets you download results individually or as a ZIP; organize them back into your structure on your machine.

Is it private?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser with Rust + WebAssembly; images never leave your device.

Is my image uploaded to a server?

No. Every conversion runs inside your browser, on your own device, using Rust compiled to WebAssembly. The image bytes are never sent to zipo.pics or to any third party — which is also why the page keeps working offline after it has loaded once.

Is zipo.pics free? Is there a limit on how many images I can compress?

Standard compression is free and unlimited: no account, no image-count cap. Credits are only needed for optional extras such as AI enhancement, noise removal, watermark removal and HD export.

Which image formats can it compress?

PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, AVIF and GIF, and you can convert between them. Choose PNG to shrink a photo while keeping every pixel, WebP or AVIF for the smallest file at a given quality, and JPG when you need universal compatibility.

Will compressing my image reduce its quality?

You decide. Each result is shown next to the original before you download, so you can lower or raise the strength per image. Lossless mode re-encodes the same format without discarding data; stronger settings trade a little fine detail for a much smaller file.
